Ben Van Roon
25 years of mining experience predominantly in development, operation and logistics for greenfield iron ore projects with major Tier 1 mine owners and operators including Rio Tinto and Mineral Resources.
Experience spans open pit mining, ore processing, production and schedule improvement, plant operations and maintenance, and management of a large workforce in multiple locations.
Ben holds qualifications in engineering - mineral exploration and mining geology.
Chief Financial Officer
20 years of finance experience across a diverse range of industries spanning telecommunications, resources and agriculture for both public and private companies.
Experience across a broad range of accountabilities including core financial control, strategic and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, debt and capital markets, taxation, risk management and company secretary responsibilities.
George is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Manager - Assets and Technology
20 years' experience across multiple industries from military, industrial, domestic and mining. Expertise in continuous improvement, asset management, operational technology and maintenance asset management with the Royal Australian Air Force, Alstom, Rio Tinto and BHP.
Experience spans whole of asset life optimisation, zero based budgeting, two and five year supply chain operating strategies, continuous improvement value driver implementations and deploying operational technologies to the mining edge to maximise operating key cost drivers.
Andrew has held various management positions leading large teams both in operational and functional roles, with the responsibility of large heavy equipment fleets and large value sustaining and growth projects.
